Eligibility for placing a request for return/refund/replacement of a product

You are free to place a return, replacement, or refund request if:

  •  You are not happy with the product quality
  •  The product has defects
  •  You have placed an order by mistake
  •   The product does not meet your expectation 

We have a No Question Return/Refund Policy and we never raise a question for your return/refund request if there is no damage to the product and it is returned in the same condition as was delivered. However, we shall not accept any return, refund, or replacement request if you place a customized order with us. Further, we can charge you 15% percent of the product price if it is a COD order or if any falsification is found in your furnished reason for return/ replacement.

Return/Refund/Replacement Window   

As a valued customer, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery. The day will be counted from the date on which we have delivered your ordered product/s or when you have received the same at your doorstep. Further, our pickup partner will pick up the product from you within 7 days of placing a return request. After the successful pickup, you shall get the full or deducted (as applicable) amount within 7 business days. You need to keep all the relevant details with you till you receive your refund amount or get your product replaced.   

Criteria for picking up the item for return, replacement, or refund

Our pickup partner shall thoroughly check the returnable item so, avoid packing or sealing the product for smooth return process. Here are some more points that you should keep in mind for a smooth return, refund, or replacement

  • The product should be in good condition for smooth returns
  • Click a picture of the product before you hand it over to our pickup partner.
  • Do not mishandle the product in any manner.
  • Inform us as soon as possible in case you wish to return it. Talk to our customer care representatives and provide all the required details about the product and its status.
  • Ensure to put each associated item inside the product package.
  • Please return unused product if you are not happy with it and are willing to return it.
  • Avoid placing the return, refund, or replacement order in case it was a personalized or customized product.
