Whether you buy self-adhesive or non-adhesive wallpaper, it comes with a user guide. You should go through the guidebook before you start applying the wallpaper to the designated area. Here are some steps that you should follow for their application, care, and maintenance:

• Determine a wall in a room 
• Ensure that the wall is smooth. Try to make it smooth if you have woven wallpaper. You can move ahead in its application if you have non-woven or non-texture wallpaper 
• Gum the designated wall if you are going to apply non-adhesive wallpaper. You don’t need to stick any adhesive on the wall if you have self-adhesive wallpapers 
• Take out the front decorative part and apply it against the wall
• Use a scale to adjust or smooth the wallpaper after its application on the wall
• Apply a soft brush or cotton cloth to remove dirt & dust from its surface 
• Never apply abrasive cleaners for cleaning the wallpaper to keep its print safe
• Use a soapy sponge or wet cloth piece to remove the spots
